| Each turbine is handled with special diligence in the workshop. During the repair each turbine is put on it’s individual trolley. Same method as used in the aircraft. This avoids a permutation of turbine devices among each other ! All devices keep at the trolley (see photos). |

Only
professional tools are used, because each turbine producer has it’s own
screws and nuts. The best care and attention is applied to the bearings to
eliminate any contamination during the balancing. The balancing process is carried out on a finest high-precision machine from Schenck-Ro-Tec |
| Only original spare parts are used for „crash damages“ or „bearing harms“, whereby any necessary adjustments are made in the modern furnished workshop (see photos). The hours worked will be calculated on a time basis. |
